Question of the Day Facebook and Instagram Contest – August 2021

Acadia Lending Group, LLC Facebook Contests are solely sponsored by Acadia Lending Group, LLC. It is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. Entrants are providing information to Acadia Lending Group, LLC and not Facebook/Instagram.

From August 1st, 2021 at 5:00 a.m. to August 31st, 2021 at 11:59 p.m., Acadia Lending Group, LLC will conduct a, “Answer Our Home Question of the Day,” contest and award one winner a $1,000 Visa Gift Card.

All entrants must be 18 years of age or older, a Maine or New Hampshire resident, and have not won an Acadia contest in the past 60 days.

To enter for a chance to win (one entry per person), individuals must go to the Acadia Lending Group, LLC Facebook page or Acadia Lending Group, LLC Instagram page, find the daily post that asks the specific question of the day, and comment with an answer within the comment section of the, “Question of the Day,” post. One person who has commented on the, “Question of the Day,” post between the contest dates will be randomly selected and when deemed eligible, will be announced as the winner.

When entrants name is chosen, at random, then that person, via email, shall sign a Winner’s Affidavit and Release, which confirms eligibility to receive the prize; permits use of name, releases Atlantic from all liability in connection with winner’s participation in the contest and acceptance, use, or non-use of the prize and is responsible to taxes.

Announced winner will be contacted from the information they have provided by social media. The announced winner will have 48 hours with which to contact Acadia and claim their prize. If the prize is not claimed in the allotted period, then another candidate may be selected, following the same method as described, and this process will continue until such time as an eligible candidate is found.

If it is determined by Acadia that a candidate is not eligible to receive a prize, another candidate may be selected using the same process and will continue until such time as an eligible candidate is found. In the event that no candidates are found to meet the specifications, then the prize will go un-awarded. By participating in this contest, each participant agrees to waive any and all claims for damages for death, personal injury, and loss of property or property damage that he or she may sustain as a result of his or her participation in the contest and/or the use of any prize. Acadia is not responsible for entries not received due to computer or internet issues.

All entrants and winners agree to give Acadia Lending Group, LLC unrestricted right to use, reuse, broadcast, or publish their name, city of residence, contest entry materials, photo, video tape, film or any other likeness for any reason Acadia Lending Group, LLC deems necessary without compensation, unless prohibited by law. Employees and immediate family members and household members are not eligible to participate or win Acadia Lending Group, LLC contests. The term “immediate family members” includes spouses, parents, siblings, children, and cohabiting significant others. No purchase is necessary. Void where prohibited.
