A lifelong Maine native, Chelsea embodies the spirit of New England coastal living. From April through November, you’ll find her exploring the waters of Casco Bay, where she pursues her passion for boating and fishing both inland and offshore. When winter arrives, she takes to the slopes skiing with her daughters and friends and in warmer Maine month's she might just arrive to your loan closing on her Harley.
Chelsea has been making homeownership a reality for her community since 2008, beginning with nine years of service at USDA Rural Development where her passion for affordable housing was born. In 2017 she became a Loan Officer, but continued to serve as a Loan Packager for the USDA until 2025 when she joined Acadia. As the 2025 Affiliate Director to the Greater Portland Board of Realtors, she demonstrates her commitment to community development by co-chairing both the Affiliate Advisory and Habitat Committee. Her dedication to public service is further evidenced by her Master’s Degree in Policy, Public Service and Nonprofit Management from the University of Southern Maine’s Muskie School.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Chelsea has actively served her community through volunteer work with organizations including Habitat for Humanity, Girls on the Run, and Kids First Center. She participates annually in Maine Cancer Foundation’s Tri for a Cure and is a proud supporter of local businesses, with a focus on domestically manufactured goods.
Chelsea resides in Cape Elizabeth with her husband Dan and their three daughters, Audrey, Ava, and Stella. Her passion for housing, deep community roots, and intimate knowledge of the greater Portland area make her an invaluable resource for both colleagues and clients alike.
